Get to know me!
I grew up in San Antonio, Texas and quickly knew I wanted to work in the creative industry. I involved myself in art, photography, User Experience and writing classes throughout my school career, settling into copywriting as a career after college. My knowledge of marketing varies greatly, giving me a strong advantage in having different perspectives for a vast array of projects and objectives.
I currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah with my dog, Kenda. I’m an avid outdoorswoman and an advocate for recreating responsibly!
Hobbies
I’ve been exploring the outdoors since I could walk — I spent my summers traveling the country with my family, camping in national and state parks across the U.S. and continue my love for travel whenever an opportunity presents itself.
Even now, I try to be outdoors as much as possible. I love hiking, mountain biking and sport climbing in the summer. In the wintertime, you can find me backcountry or resort skiing, or training for my next running event.
I’m grateful to live in a place that gives me such quick access to the mountains and I always aim to leave places better than I found them when I recreate outside.
I also enjoy traveling to new spots around the country, regularly going on roadtrips with my dog, Kenda and documenting my journey through photography or videography.
Professional
I began my career working as a Marketing Specialist where I designed and created a web platform from scratch for a personal brand; I wrote all copy for a plethora of projects, organized and collected data for their business, and provided project management support throughout my time with their company.
My next position introduced me to the responsibilities of coordinating workshops and large projects, curating digital content and copy for internal and external use, and managing blog posts seen on national levels.
I am currently working as a Copywriter and Designer where I’m utilizing my past experiences, both personal and professional, to dig deeper into the world of print and digital creation and further my career as a writer and designer.
